Question 1

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are used each time you generate an image or video. Subscription plans include a monthly allowance; one-time packs add credits to your balance. Your remaining balance is always visible after sign-in under Settings → Credits.

Question 2

How many videos can I generate?

Accepted Answer

Each plan card shows estimated Burning Bridges video output. For example, 600 credits/month is roughly up to 5 standard videos (15s · 480p at 120 credits each). Subscriptions include more credits than one-time packs at a similar price. Longer videos, higher resolution, or premium models consume more credits per run.

Question 3

How are my credits deducted for image or video generation?

Accepted Answer

Plan estimates use minimum rates per image and per video. A homepage Burning Bridges video is 15 seconds at 480p on Wan 3.0 reference mode — actual cost depends on resolution and is shown before you generate.

Question 4

Do unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unused credits stay in your account until consumed (first-in, first-out). One-time pack credits do not expire. If a promotional grant includes an expiry, it will be stated when the credits are added.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Checkout supports the payment providers enabled for your account—commonly card payments via Stripe, plus other options such as PayPal when available. All charges are processed by licensed third-party payment providers on our behalf; we do not collect or store your full card number on our servers. You will see the exact methods before confirming payment. No separate hidden platform fee is added beyond the listed plan price.

Question 6

Is my subscription automatically renewed? Can I cancel or change plans?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless you cancel. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. To change plans, purchase the new plan or contact support if you need help mid-cycle.

Question 7

What if I need more credits?

Accepted Answer

Open the One-Time tab above to buy a credit pack at any time. Pack credits stack with your subscription balance, never expire, and are available across all launch workflows.

Question 8

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

You may request a refund for your first subscription purchase within 3 days if you have used 50 credits or fewer. Add-on and one-time credit packs are not refundable. Subscription renewals are non-refundable—cancel before the renewal date to avoid future charges. See our Refund Policy for full details.
